We spent Christmas at this hotel and the Christmas dinner was pretty enjoyable. The decorations around the hotel and the big Christmas tree in the lobby put us in a festive mood. The hotel's location was also convenient as it was close to a charming town with good shops and restaurants. Another great aspect of this hotel was the spacious rooms which were impeccably clean and comfortable.
The staff interaction was limited and the staff was unable to understand us due to the language barrier. They barely greeted us when we arrived and didn't offer us any help with our luggage.

The hotel is situated in a calm area surrounded by breathtaking scenery. The rooms have a charming decor and a decent size with clean sheets and towels. The personnel is generally kind and trying their best to communicate with guests who do not speak Italian. The pool and the little playground are a plus.
The breakfast could have been better and more varied.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful, making our stay even more comfortable. The wine they served was incredible, and the olive oil they produced was very tasty. We enjoyed the spacious rooms, which were kept clean and organized. The hotel pool was stunning, and offered a great view of the countryside.
The menu was a bit limited, with only a few choices to pick from. Breakfast was a bit late for us, served after 8:30 am, and with limited choices.
